Wanda Richardson
Wanda Richardson is a skilled innovation leader and change strategist with extensive experience guiding enterprise-wide transformations, cultural change initiatives and human capital strategies for organizations navigating complex change across corporate, financial, education and nonprofit sectors. As CEO of Innavise—Bermuda’s only consultancy dedicated to innovation management - and as a Certified Training Partner with the Global Innovation Management Institute, she equips organizations to build innovation capabilities, drive strategy, and achieve sustainable growth.
With deep expertise in organizational psychology, talent development, and foresight strategy, Wanda is known for aligning people, processes, and performance to deliver measurable business outcomes. She holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU and professional certifications as a GIMI Certified Innovation Manager and Future Foresight Leader.
Zayne Sinclair is a purpose-driven social entrepreneur and researcher focused on sustainable development, youth leadership, and community innovation. With over five years of experience in business development, sustainability research, and social investment, he applies systems thinking to help organizations navigate complex community challenges. A GIMI certified innovation professional, he is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional designation.
Formerly the founder of Sinclair’s Seed Sowing, Zayne now channels his expertise into initiatives that bridge environmental sustainability with economic empowerment. He remains active in national youth policy, philanthropy, and international advocacy, representing Bermuda on global stages to promote sustainability, entrepreneurship, and community-led solutions. His work sits at the intersection of research, innovation, and impact—advancing a more equitable and resilient future for Bermuda and beyond.
